Eligible cardholders will have unlimited access to all key business legal documents, contracts and policies, which can be customised. They will also have access to legal guidance on English and Welsh law, written by top UK lawyers, helping them to comply with legal requirements.
The benefits of this new partnership to eligible UK Visa business cardholders include:
- Access to over 400 automated legal document templates,
- Guidance across 13 core areas of the law, including human resources, intellectual property, company secretarial, health & safety, commercial property and raising finance,
- For bespoke requests, the service will connect businesses to an expert lawyer in the related field.
Combining Visa’s established small business network together with Sparqa Legal’s knowledge is expected to protect SMEs and empower them to understand and address the legal and regulatory requirements affecting their business.
